Using QR Codes to collect Surveys


There are a number of scenarios where this is useful such as
  • You wish people to use their own device at the clinic to complete surveys in the waiting room or treatment room
  • Display QR codes in Kiosks for Clients to scan in waiting room
  • Share the QR code during a remote consultation which can be scanned using the persons own device to load the surveys.

In this example the OpenFIT user has used the Share Survey Screen to display the QR Code for Client M.
On the right hand side you can see a screenshot of the Client using the Camera on their device to scan the QR code.
This allows them to launch the enter survey screen and complete the requested survey.
